System logs contain the page request sent by the User, the IP address, the browser type, the browser language, the date and time of the request, and at least one cookie file which may uniquely identify the User&#8217;s browser. The data gathered in the system logs are used for an indefinite period, solely for the purpose of administering the website. They are not transferred to third parties, save for the circumstances described in this document. In connection with Users&#8217; use of the website, technical details concerning the manner in which the services are used, the IP address and technical data on the operation of the website in connection with the actions performed by the User may be collected and recorded automatically in the server logs. Information may also be collected in order to store it locally on the User&#8217;s device, using the browser&#8217;s storage mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a710<\/h2>\n<p>The controller, or third parties by means of the cookies they administer, may use geolocation functionality, consisting in the gathering and processing of information about the User&#8217;s location. For this purpose the following data may be processed: the IP number, data from a GPS sensor, from a Wi-Fi access point or from mobile network base stations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a711<\/h2>\n<p>In the course of providing services to Users, professional technologies for gathering and recording information are used, such as cookies. These are commonly used, small files containing a string of characters, which are sent to and saved on the end device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the User when visiting the website. This information is sent to the storage area of the browser in use, which sends it back on subsequent visits to the website. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper use of the website. Most often they contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. Without saving them on the User&#8217;s device, use of the website is impossible,<\/li>\n<li>functional files \u2013 files which make it possible to remember the settings selected by the User and to adapt them to the User&#8217;s needs and preferences, e.g. as regards the chosen language, font size or appearance of the website. They allow the Service Provider to improve the functionality and performance of the site. Without saving them on the User&#8217;s device, the use of certain functionalities of the website may be limited,<\/li>\n<li>business files \u2013 this category includes, for example, advertising cookies. They make it possible to tailor the advertisements displayed on the website or outside it to the User&#8217;s preferences. Thanks to these files being saved on the User&#8217;s device, it is possible, for example, to adapt the site to the User&#8217;s preferences, such as the arrangement of content, its language or its colour.<\/p>\n<p>Third-party cookies, for example:<br \/>\nGoogle Adwords \u2013 these make it possible to run and assess the quality of advertising campaigns carried out using the Google Adwords service,<\/p>\n<p>Google Analytics \u2013 these make it possible to assess the quality of advertising campaigns carried out using the Google Adwords service, as well as to study Users&#8217; behaviour and traffic and to compile traffic statistics,<\/p>\n<p>Google Maps \u2013 these make it possible to store information about the User which enables the use of the map functionalities available within the Google Maps service.
