Free quoteOur story
Communication and we always got along. Piotr Gajewski, who founded the company, was fascinated by the world of media from an early age — and that is where the story begins. A degree in the field, work in local, sports and national media, a fascination with new technology, even building his own communication channels. It had to lead somewhere. First came individual briefs, then more of them and alongside more people, until eventually a full move into the world of advertising, marketing and PR. Today renton.media is a team of eight experienced, creative specialists who together build the worlds and the images of clients across a wide range of industries.
The company starts. The idea was to push the journalism further, but before long it turned out that the media world was losing its old romance while advertising was opening new doors and allowing for more honest, more relaxed communication. We take on our first briefs, though calling the company an agency would still be a stretch 😉 The name “renton” was on the paperwork even then. The inspiration? A film classic — “Trainspotting”.
We begin working with R-GOL.com, a local distributor of football equipment. We are given a great deal of creative freedom. We pick up speed while building internal structures on the client’s side. We combine genuine passion with originality, invention and nerve, and the results arrive at a startling pace. R-GOL.com becomes a national force noticed beyond Poland, and with our help it establishes a partnership with the Polish Football Association, among others. Shortly afterwards Kamil joins the team permanently.
More clients join the portfolio. In the local market this is made much easier by a rich base of contacts from the years in media. That is how we begin, among others, our still-running adventure with ARBET Investment Group, the region’s largest developer. Things go even better in sport, where 4Keepers and PUMA Polska join the client list — the latter for nearly three years. Around this time Ola joins the crew, and Martyna begins supporting the company regularly.
After several years we end our work with R-GOL.com which, despite how strongly we identified with the company, turns into a milestone in the history of renton.media. Within less than six months the company doubles its revenue and stays on an upward trend for good — with the possible exception of the pandemic. Crazy Butcher joins the client list, a brand we keep growing with to this day. Shortly before the pandemic Sylwia joins the crew.
After a turbulent moment during the pandemic we post further growth and start more interesting partnerships. Our clients come to include representatives of the betting industry and companies from the Air Liquide group, VitalAire Polska among them. Piotrek joins the crew. The year 2023 proves exceptionally significant: we expand the client portfolio considerably, deliver several interesting side projects and grow our work with existing partners substantially. The team grows too — Kuba and Dagmara come on board.
A larger team and an exceptional way of organising our work let us keep growing and keep meeting the needs of new clients. We take the view that the bigger the challenge, the greater the motivation.

We believe that the basis of communication with the client, regardless of the industry, is to communicate in an intensive, regular and continuous manner, as well as coherent and qualitative. We stick to these five principles in our work with clients and… their clients. To do this, a plan is needed, and then analysis. It is an ongoing process, which requires the support of professionals with a broad perspective and experience. That is why we have something to do.
Without planning, chance and ad-hocracy take over, and over a longer horizon that rarely turns into success. A plan can be changed, and even deliberately departed from, but it should always remain the point of reference for everything you do.
For communication to work it cannot be occasional or accidental. Communicating with the world around you is daily work — continuous and regular — and on top of that it needs the right intensity for the industry you are in.
The second set of factors that effective communication depends on. Consistency reinforces the messages and makes them easier to absorb; quality makes them noticed and appreciated, speaking on the brand’s behalf. Consistency and quality of communication are precisely what define how a brand is seen by a prospective customer.
The final special episode of our communication cycle: analysing the numbers and looking beyond the bubble, at promotional work in a wider context. The overriding goal of everything we do, in the long run, is the growth of the business and an improvement in its results and market position. Clicks and likes of every kind are just numbers along the way.
Out team
founder and managing director
Hooked on football and other sports since childhood. A record collector and a devotee of Olsztyn with a community-minded streak. Once he starts an argument, he is hard to out-talk. At the company he is responsible for planning the team’s work, client contact, and communication strategies and plans.
Art Director
Racks up the kilometres on cycling trips. Always up to date with technology and gadgets. Dislikes standing still, so he keeps broadening his skills and his horizons. At renton.media he handles special assignments and communication with key clients.
multimedia specialist
Loves the natural world and savouring life. Would rather be travelling, or watching a series under a blanket. Precise, punctual and always determined to get on with it, while being remarkably good company. The company’s video specialist, and just as comfortable behind a stills camera.
operations specialist
Designs interiors for other people professionally, and looks after her own as well. A fan of “Amélie” and “Lost in Translation”, and of Florence Welch, Adele, Kaśka Nosowska and Hania Rani. Can pursue a goal uncompromisingly, even a modest one. At the company she keeps an eye on finances, paperwork and deadlines.
content and social media specialist
Her middle name could be “Stylist” — an eye for aesthetics is in her DNA. Always current with fashion and trends. Once she is in a project she gives it everything. At the company she looks after content worth consuming (she shoots it herself, too) and the social media communication of selected clients.
creative designer
Father of two likeable rascals. Values calm and a balanced life, but rests by travelling. A permanently open mind and a remarkable gift for summing reality up in a single line. On our team he specialises in building brand identities and, along the way, handles clients’ everyday design needs.
multimedia and creative specialist
Played basketball professionally and still tries to keep in shape. Reads a great deal and loves deliberate self-improvement. Does not accept that anything cannot be done and — reportedly — has a calming presence. At renton.media he most often handles photo and video, but manages design work just as easily.
creative designer
Likes nature, food and running… with paint and a sander. Believes all the furniture needs rearranging every three months. Permanently straddling creative chaos and a passion for building systems, strategies and processes. Raised by wolves (in IT), she handles digital, branding and illustration alongside clients’ everyday needs.
