Do you have to be everywhere?

Definitely not. It is worth being wherever you can — but only if you can keep the communication going continuously, at a decent quality, regularly, consistently and with enough intensity. Otherwise you are better off letting it go, because a neglected channel is remarkably good anti-advertising. Choose your channels and your tone to fit your industry and what you can realistically sustain. The most important thing is having something worth saying. Unconsidered, random, weak communication simply works against a brand or a company. That is exactly why planning matters so much.

Which channels do we help you run?

Element Facebook and Instagram. The two Meta channels and everything around them are the absolute basics of day-to-day brand communication
Element YouTube. You do not need Oscar-worthy content to run a YouTube channel. It is simply worth doing because of how tightly it is tied to Google search — even if the channel only ever grows organically
Element LinkedIn. Often underrated. Exceptionally important in B2B communication
Element Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok. Optional channels, recommended depending on the market, the industry and your capacity
Element Google Business Profile. Contrary to appearances this is a key channel too, and every detail counts. Posting here is worth the effort
01 What kind of communication works?

Quality communication. The kind that carries the brand's message well and actually interests the audience. The kind that reflects what the founder had in mind and stays consistent with everything else you put out. Aesthetics, a feel for trends, professionalism — all of it matters.

02 How often should you post?

As often as it takes. There is no single rule; it depends on the brand and its surroundings. In one industry posting several times a day makes sense, in another once a week is plenty. What matters is having an idea — and a plan — for what those posts should be about.

03 Does organic reach still make sense?

Of course. Anything that generates reach is a step forward. The sheer volume of messages on social media makes cutting through harder every year, and paid promotion is doing more and more of the work. Even the smallest organic reach is still a plus, though. It is worth investing in growing your channels and your organic numbers.

Why do we believe in social this much?

Opinia

Why do we put so much weight on social media? Because it is the most natural and, when it comes down to it, the cheapest form of ongoing contact with a customer. By running channels regularly, intensively, continuously and consistently, we keep casting the line, getting our messages in front of current and potential customers. It is a natural fit — as is the freedom to produce genuinely varied content, which the platform algorithms keep pushing us towards anyway. We know how to do this well, and we have the tools to do it end to end.
