Plater House - visual identity and brand concept
LogoPlater House is a premium development built in Olsztyn by our long-standing client ARBET Investment Group.
Given the nature of the investment, the client’s expectations here were exceptionally high as well.
The scope covered not only the logo and the elements of the visual identity, but also printed materials, the website design and outdoor creative.

On one hand the development is part of the ARBET group's portfolio; on the other it was meant from the start to stand out clearly against the rest of the offer, with a character of its own. We brought both requirements together neatly.
The next challenge was creating a message that signalled the prestige and singularity of a city-centre development unambiguously, without drifting into overblown grandeur or kitsch. Both were achieved through the right choice of colour and typography, and by creating a suggestive monogram and a set of icons of its own.
The identity found broader application almost immediately. We built a website on the back of it, along with a substantial project catalogue running to several dozen pages. An outdoor and digital campaign followed shortly after. Other pieces came out of it too, folders and bags among them.

Working on a project like Plater House is a challenge and a pleasure at once. Some of the solutions we used were natural and obvious; others were entirely our own. Between them we managed to create something the target audience recognised very quickly and easily.
